Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villas

"Staff is top notch! Everyone is very nice. The rooms are a great size, clean and very comfortable. The pools are great, only issue is they could use some more umbrellas. For the price, it feels like they are severely lacking in that dept. Starbucks on site is a big win! The 2 restaurants are very good but the later night snack options are pretty limited and what's available is expensive. There's not enough great options for breakfast so plan to go off site (which isn't ideal if you want to secure a great spot by the pool for the day). The hotel rooms could use a fridge instead of a "cooler." For family's traveling with kids, we've got stuff that needs to be kept cold. The pool has free bike rentals for 1 hour which are a blast in the morning! One of our favorite amenities. Our family has been 2 years in a row because overall it's a really great time! It's a little on the pricey side but the stay is really comfortable and enjoyable. "

Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel

"We stayed 3 days, we enjoyed the pool the only complaint was not enough umbrellas for the number of lounge chairs. Too many chairs with no umbrellas. Customer Service in the pool area was great! The pool workers were excellent at their job. The restaurant has always been a perfect touch with excellent service and food. The room was clean but the bed was terrible could not get a good sleep due to the bad mattress and bad pillows my wife and I, kept tossing and turning could not sleep. Our backs and shoulders hurt from the uncomfortable bed. The carpet needs to be up dated or at least shampooed to brighten and deodorize. Also the TV was very dark while watching it with no way to adjust. The balcony chairs and tables look nice but they are too large for the size of the balcony. It’s very tight to move around to get in and out. Overall we do like the hotel, the front desk and all the other workers were very nice and helpful."

"Very nice place. Loved the friendliness of the staff. Wish the restaurant/bar had longer hours. Only thing was our room didn’t come get cleaned or restocked we were there 2 nights 3 days. Usually I’ve seen at least the bed and trash getting taken care of. Which made it messy because people left their trash out by the hallway. But stay was comfortable."

"Pros: - Good for all ages (couples, children, etc) - A lot of room types - Historic feel, character - Multiple pools Cons: - Our a/c unit was making a loud sound so we had trouble sleeping our 1st night, but the staff moved us the 2nd night to a better room and we slept great - We couldn't find 2 lounge chairs available at the adults only pool (so we went somewhere else) - When it's hot, the resort is spread out and it's uncomfortable to walk far"

"The staff at the property are phenomenal! We arrived and they immediately made up the sofa bed. Wouldn’t take a tip! Johnnie in housekeeping and Tracy at the bar were so wonderful! The fees were a bit ridiculous though! $40 per night for respite fee and then an additional $23 per night to SELF PARK. It’s huge outdoor parking with no shade. What exactly are we paying for? We’re already staying at the property, paying a resort fee and also had to pay to park our vehicle. Seemed like price gouging. Otherwise it was a very relaxing property!"
