"Took over 2 hours to check in due to dirty rooms. Shower head was broken after checking in. Pool waiter tried to double tip on bill till I realized and called him out. If you get pool service be sure to ask for an itemized bill before signing your receipt. "

"Such a fun decor vibe! We stayed in a Mountain View Suite and loved it. Lots of space, and having a kitchenette was very handy (although we thought the restaurant was awesome). Snaps up to all the staff for their friendliness and kindness. "

"The rooms and the pool area are nice. However the area is not safe and we would not stay again. Lots of druggies and unhoused acting out in the lot next door and the store across the street."

"Outdated rooms! Not sure if that’s the vibe, but bathroom outdated, you can actually see the calcium buildup on shower head and faucets. Don’t like that you have to wait in line for pool access and they only let you in after 9 and then they do a pool “break” in the middle of the day, where everyone has to go out of the pool! Not sure what’s that for! Been to many Palm Springs hotels and we were perfectly fine without the pool break! 🙄 Lazy river closes at 6 🙄."
