"Here’s a clear, direct review you can use or adapt: ⸻ I had a very disappointing experience staying at this hotel. The property is clearly outdated and poorly maintained. The carpets were dirty, the ceilings showed visible signs of water damage, and the overall condition of the room felt run-down. One of the biggest issues was the lack of basic services. There was no housekeeping during our stay—we had to repeatedly go to the front desk just to get clean towels. The water pressure was inconsistent, and at times there was no hot water at all, which made it very inconvenient. Additionally, the room didn’t even have a phone, which made it difficult to contact the front desk for assistance. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made."

"It was a nice cozy relaxing place to stay. The hot tub was relaxing especially after a day out and about. Beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The host responded quickly when I had a question. Would definitely stay here again! "

"This was the perfect house to stay in with our two families, 5 children, and two dogs! The grassy yard was lovely, and the layout of the house worked well for our big group. There's just a little deferred maintenance (the bathtubs could use a re-caulking)- also, the kitchen could use a few more items, but for the most part, it was well-stocked!"
