"The hotel is in need of a refresh, but the staff are lovely and accommodating. "

"The facilities parking lot is a complete wreck, the Pilar that holds up the overhang outside of the lobby is significantly damaged as if a car ran into it. The carpets throughout the hallways and in front of each room was noticeably dirty. Horrible water pressure. Facility is not motorcycle friendly. Staff was not helpful, knowledgeable or accommodating in any way. Had to repeat myself several times and say I have asked you a question could you please answer and he would just stare at me. Absolutely unacceptable experience. Would not recommend. "

"The staff at this resort were very friendly and kind, but unfortunately the room itself didn’t meet expectations. The room was quite small, the split AC didn’t cool effectively, and the restroom was too tight. The outside amenities were okay, but nothing special. Overall, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again."
