This 6 bedrooms home is the perfect place for your year round getaways. Tucked on a quiet cul-de-sac in beautiful Upper Moonridge, Bear Mountain IKON Ski Resort and Golf Course is about 4 blocks away and walkable in nice weather! Snow Summit Ski Resort and Bike Park is 1.5 miles away.

The newly redeveloped Moonridge Corridor with roundabouts, better parking, sidewalks and bike paths is less than a mile away, featuring coffee/donut shops, yoga, massage therapy, a ski shop, the Alpine Zoo, and its newest addition NOW OPEN...The Moonridge Room bistro/bar (owned by Dank Donuts).

Great for large families, groups of multiple families, multi-generational guests and groups traveling for outdoor adventures and celebrations. Updated chef's kitchen, stainless steel appliances, granite counters (kitchen/bathrooms), a live edge wood bar, 6x4 MASSIVE wood-burning brick fireplace, huge open living and game room, brand new LVP waterproof floors and blinds, newer concrete driveway for 6 cars. Open beam, vaulted ceilings upstairs. Outside in front is a nice deck, perfect for a BBQing or just enjoying Mother Nature. The side yard has a hot tub for you to enjoy after a long day of enjoying all that Big Bear has to offer.
