  • Welcome to your light-filled lakeside retreat in the coveted Gilner Point neighborhood, just steps from the shores of Big Bear Lake. This one-of-a-kind condo blends sleek, modern design with cozy mountain warmth — floor-to-ceiling windows and a breathtaking stained glass centerpiece bathe every room in natural light. The open-concept layout flows effortlessly between two family rooms and a stylish blue-toned kitchen, creating a space that feels both vibrant and inviting. Upstairs, a spacious loft offers plenty of sleeping arrangements for the whole crew, while two full bathtubs ensure everyone unwinds in comfort. Step outside to the community area with pickelball, tennis, and basket ball courts! Complete with community pool access with a hot tub and sauna — the perfect après-adventure escape. With room for 8, this is your mountain sanctuary unlike any other.

    🔑 Check In:
    Welcome to your A-Chalet property. You will receive the self access code before your stay for a seamless check in

    🐶 Pet Policy:
    - Pets are NOT allowed at this property, due to HOA. Though, we have many other cabins that allow pets

    🗑 Trash:
    All trash must be bagged up and taken offsite to the free trash site located at the dumpsters on the way out. We do charge a fee per trash bag that is left behind.

    🔥 Fireplace:
    There are one gas fireplaces and and one wood burning fireplace located in the middle of the home. Never leave the wood burning fireplace unattended, and keep the mesh gate closed at all times.

    🌡Thermostat:
    Set to desired temperature during your stay.
    Please set at 60°F upon check out.

    🧖‍♀️ Spa:
    Spa is located in indoor community pool area
    Rinse off before using hot tub to prevent oil build up

    ❄️ Snow Removal:
    Shovel and salt are provided. Please use it accordingly.
    Plow services will come during or after 3” of snow.

    🍽 Kitchen Cleanup:
    Kitchen is to be cleaned after meals, inclusive of washing and putting away the dishes that you use during your stay. Thank you!

Great property in a central location to all that Big Bear has to offer. The unit was clean and well kept. Too warm for fires in the fire places, but that would be a home run in the cooler months.

As a family with kids, this was an ideal place to lounge, visit the indoor pool/jacuzzi, go for walks, and cook in house. The three levels provided ample space for everyone and the fresh air at night offered great sleep. Was a safe, quiet retreat and all neighbors were very friendly!
