Beautiful view and very peaceful neighborhood

The view was absolutely beautiful and the neighborhood was very peaceful. Great place to destress and unwind from the business of everyday life.

Big Bear Lake Rental

Great Cabin with a great Lake views

Very nice place to go and enjoy the mountains. The management company was very friendly. Easy to check in and out. The place has also a separate suite that you can have friends or in-laws stay close but not in the same house. We will definitely go back Thank you

Beautiful location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent spot with the hot tub outside. The neighborhood is pretty steep so bikes with the kids didn't happen. The place is in need of some tlc. The cleaning crew should probably get fired. There are about 20 mosquitos stuck to the kitchen cabinets. The flooring is starting to come apart upstairs. We lived the fireplace. The deck chairs were not clean. The beds were comfortable. The shower nob was laying on the floor when we got there. Luckily I brought a screw driver so we could shower. The kitchen faucet wasn't working when we got there but the company sent a repair man out and he replaced it by the end of the day so that was nice. It seems like the owner needs me, the owner needs to go out here personally and do a quality control on their cleaning crews.

Peaceful Getaway

My husband, my daughter and I went to Big Bear for a family trip to celebrate my birthday. The location was perfect, right on the lake so my husband could fish while me and my daughter soaked in the hot tub. It's also very close distance to the Alpine Slide which we had a great time at. The views of the lake are incredible and can be seen from the bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, blender, etc and the grocery store isn't too far of a drive. The photos of the second master suite doesn't do it justice. While it's seperated from the house, it's only a few stairs down. It's very spacious and nicely done. It has its own bathroom and sitting area and TV. Perfect if you are traveling with grandparents or if parents are traveling with older kids. The second master had a very comfy California king. They were flexible with early check in and late checkout which we appreciated for this quick 3 day trip. Why I rated 4 stars instead of 5: - there was a citywide power outage on arrival and the property manager did not do a great job of keeping us posted. It was a bit stressful but it did come back on after a few hours - the property sits on a hill so you have to be careful walking down to the water, the steps do not go all the way down so just use caution during the icy months - you have to take the jacuzzi cover all the way off in order to see the lake but once you do, it's not easy to get back on because of the hill

The fenced yard was perfect for the dog The only thing is the railings are in poor shape, splinters galore so be careful not to use them ( which defeats the purpose of having them). A really terrific house, we will be back!

Our own Winter Playground

This property is absolutely beautiful! The views of the lake and mountains are stunning! Our children built snowmen, made snow angels and created a sled path right in the backyard!! Can't wait to come back in the summer!

Awesome cabin!

Great little place! We really enjoyed it

We were really pleased with the customer service. We originally rented a different place that had scary stairs for our 2 dogs and toddler. They were super understanding and we got in a different place within no time. The new Place was great! Lake front, nice views, clean, comfy beds and my daughters favorite...a jacuzzi and fuz ball table

Perfectly Fine

House was fairly clean and as described. It was well stocked but lacking larger frying pans. Bunk beds and bed in separate room were quite uncomfortable, but master room was good. Location is a nice neighborhood, but a little bit of a drive to town amenities. Overall a pretty good rental.

Everything was great! We really enjoyed it. Short walk to a great hike.- Castle rock. Big coffee maker not working, NO broom in house. Also, a little disappointed with the non view from hot tub because the cover had to lean that way so you couldn’t see the lake. But amazing views from patio & nice to have the dock for the afternoon sun. We will be back;-))

It was just me my little guy and my dogs and we had such a Great time. My boy felt super comfortable like if we were at home. It was nice to be able to bring the dogs and go for walks so close to the lake! I loved making breakfast and dinner with the spectacular view. It was very quiet and we were so fortunate to see a bald eagle while I bbq hot dogs! Thank you we cant wait to go back.

Enjoyed our stay although the home could have been cleaner

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The code to get the keys was not updated on all paperwork received, nad to call to get it. The kitchen cabinets and handles were dirty. There was animal vomit on the lower half of the kitchen bench. We had a good time but believe you need a different cleaning crew.
