  • Located in the gated Viking Estates, this modern European-style condo offers resort-style amenities—indoor pool, spa, gym, game room, tennis/pickleball, and boat docks. Just minutes from The Village, ski slopes, and the lake, it features a vaulted master suite with fireplace, updated kitchen and living areas, a private lower-level bedroom, and an attached garage game room conversion for the perfect Big Bear getaway.

    Pet Policy: Pets are NOT allowed at this property, due to HOA. Though, we have many other cabins that allow pets at achalet.com.

    Trash: All trash must be bagged up and taken offsite to the free trash site located at Clean Bear Site #1 at 41970 Garstin Drive, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315 or Clean Bear Site #2 at 39690 Big Bear Boulevard, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. There is a $75 fee per trash bag that is left behind.

    Fireplace: We do not provide wood; please bring a bundle or two for the gas burning fireplace.

    Thermostat: Set to desired temperature and back to 65° when check out

    Spa: This is an Indoor Community Spa Please rinse off before using Spa (prevents oil and makeup build up).

    Snow Removal: Shovel and salt are provided per property. Please use it accordingly.
    Plow services will come during or after 3” of snow.

    Kitchen Cleanup: Kitchen is to be cleaned after meals, inclusive of washing and putting away the dishes that you use during your stay to avoid additional cleaning fees.

    *If Applicable. BBQ: Please clean the grill and turn off the valve on the propane tank after using the BBQ to avoid additional cleaning and propane refill charges may apply

The place was super cute and clean, but we were left with no trash bags, no paper towels and the WiFi was non existent, which made working remotely difficult. Loved the beautiful property, tennis courts and walkable neighborhood.

This condo was perfect for what our family of 3 needed. Note the fridge is small, but that was fine for us. The spices and oils were expired so plan to bring your own. I needed to clean the Keurig before using it. You will likely need to bring your own k cups as well. If you use ice, bring your own. The bottom floor gets very cold, so anyone staying in the first bedroom should prepare to heat up the room first thing. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The indoor pool was great. The location was a quick mile and a half walk down the hill to the Village. We would definitely stay here again.
