The main level includes one bedroom and one bathroom, offering convenience and easy access. Centrally located, this home is just a few blocks from ski overflow parking and close to the vibrant Moonridge commercial district, where you'll find shopping, dining, and coffee spots. Additionally, it's only a short distance from the new Rathbun Creek Trail, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1000+ sq ft home with an open concept living room with, smart TV, dining table, bar seating, river rock gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Downstairs first bedroom has a queen bed and balcony. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
