SNOW BUNNY - Game Room - Hot Tub - Fire Pit

This gorgeous modern cabin is perfect year-round with it being within walking distance to the lake, sled park, and Big Bear Brewery. The town is about a mile up the street and we are located within a few minutes of the slopes. Open-concept home with a giant kitchen island to enjoy a meal or laughs with friends or family. Note that it is about a half mile to a public spot to get on the lake.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn heat down to 50 degrees before leaving if it is winter. Wash your own dishes.
Hot tub must be turned down to 95 degrees before leaving. Hot tub is treated between guests and if urine is found in the hot tub, there will be a $150 fee to dump and refill the hot tub.
Take your trash with you. Big Bear Lake does not allow for trash bins at vacation rentals as it could attract unwanted animals. There is a $25 fee for each bag removed from the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This was a great experience. The cabin is located close to all the main attractions of Big Bear but still feels secluded enough. The game area was a big hit with all of us. The place was very clean and inviting as well.

This house is gorgeous! Perfectly upgraded, cozy decorations, fully stocked. We couldn't have asked for more. The host was highly responsive and quickly fixed the one minor issue we had. We would definitely stay here again.
