Just a 10-minute walk (or 4-min drive) to Snow Summit, and 1 mile to the lake and Village, this cozy-modern retreat is designed for families and friends who want comfort with character.

Your group will love the three uniquely themed bedrooms, each designed to feel like its own mini getaway:
-THE LAKE ROOM – Calming king suite with pine views, modern rustic touches, and en suite bathroom
-TIMBER NEST – Boho-inspired queen room with cozy textures, natural light, and a desk overlooking the backyard—perfect for remote work
-CAMP WILDWOOD – A 70s summer camp throwback with one full bed and a twin bunk, perfect for kids and the young-at-heart
All bedrooms include smart TVs with Roku, fresh linens, and themed charm.
The cabin is one story with detached game room. There is a front deck to sit outside and enjoy nature, private enclosed backyard with seating for 6, hot tub and BBQ.

THINGS TO NOTE
-We include a starter set of paper towels, bath tissue trash bags, laundry soap and dishwasher pods. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.
-Please bring your own firewood and a Duraflame logs if you'd like to use the fireplace.
-Well-behaved dogs over 1 year old are welcome. Pet fee: $100 (covers up to 2 dogs).
- Due to the mountain climate in Big Bear, most homes-including ours-do not have air conditioning. We do have central heating, ceiling fans in every room, and an electric fireplace/fan in the game room.
-You're coming to the mountains. Prepare for weather and occasional power outages. Carry snow chains in the winter and always check road conditions before heading up

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-IMPORTANT! Do not turn off the thermostat. Turn it down to 55 degrees. -Turn off heat in game room -Make sure spa is turned down to 98 degrees
-Gather all used towels and place in the laundry room. If convenient, please start a load of towels in the washing machine. -Leave all USED beds unmade. -Clean up after dogs in front and back yard.
-Take all trash to the "Clean Bear Disposal site located at 41970 Garstin Dr., Big Bear Lake. (Remove food in fridge & trash in game room, bedrooms, bathroom & fireplace ash). -Lock doors & windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
