We were placed in room 18 and immediately yesterday i noticed the floor was extremely wet and damp, there was a mildew smell as well. Holiday Inn Resort The Lodge At Big Bear Lake by IHG
We did not get a balcony room as requested. The window in the room did not lock and they could not fix it so they moved us to a new room. The new rooms on the third floor AC was working so we slept in a hot room, therefore no sleep.
