Great location in Malibu. Close to beach and great restaurants. Floors in room were not swept or mopped. Back deck was poor. Cushions had bird droppings and spider webs.

We loved everything about the property..the location, cleanliness, professional and personable staff members. If I had to add something to make it convenient for anyone staying at the property, it would be room service. They do have tons of restaurants surrounding the property, which is great. I personally love to order room service sometimes when I dont feel like getting out.
