"My only complaint is the deposit that they do not accept cash for and I have to wait 5-7 business days to get $100 back. It doesn’t advertise the deposit I am aware hotels usually have them for incidentals and I understand that. However I had cash on me which I prefer so I can get it back immediately upon check out. It’s frustrating to me that this charge and unplanned expense has occurred when I looked on the site it doesn’t say anything about a deposit. But now for 5-7 days I am out more money on a deposit which happens to be more money than the cost of the room and there were no incidentals yet, I must wait to get my money back it’s just very irritating!"

"A group of us spent the night here after a wedding at Big Horse Vineyards. Check in was super easy, the rooms were super clean and very comfortable, and the attached coffee shop (Black Maple) made for a tasty breakfast. Great experience, would definitely stay again!"
