"Property exterior seems a little run down but our room was spacious and clean. Loved having a mini fridge with mini freezer compartment as well. Could have benefitted from additional pillows and hand towels but for our one night stay, no complaints. "

"We enjoyed our stay in Ave Maria. The condo was on a golf course overlooking a small lake and the sunset views were spectacular.The unit was very clean and had a wonderful kitchen with more than enough cabinets and counter space.The master bedroom was spacious and the king bed had a comfortable mattress. The location was close to the pool and community amenities.We choose Ave Maria because it was quiet and very safe. The condo complex is gated and we felt comfortable walking around even at night.Miguel was a great host and very responsive to any request we made of him."

"The accommodations were suitable for our stay. I enjoyed the keypad door access as it worked quite well. The mattress was very comfortable. The lanai was great to enjoy and it was fun to see golfers teeing off on the 15th hole. The kitchen had adequate appliances, utensils, and dishes. There were various spices and oils for cooking and garbage bags, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent which was greatly appreciated. This condo is part of a 30-unit building. While we did hear others once-in-a-while, it was very quiet. "
