"The stay was great. The only problem we had was the booking. I booked a king bed suite. When I arrived I was told my room was sold and they moved me to a 2 queen bed room. It was just my wife and I. No compensation for the inconvenience nothing. Just "sorry about your luck". I don't appreciate that. When I reserve a car and they don't have the one I reserved I get and up grade or a reduced rate. Saying tough luck is not customer service"

"Room was clean, staff were nice, good location. Breakfast is the bare minimum if you want anything other than coffee."

"Although the room was clean as usual, I was slightly perturbed being out in a room next door to a kids birthday sleepover. They were really loud and I typically come here to get peace. This time I didn’t get any but I didn’t want to be a part pooper. There was also this odor on the 2nd floor that I couldn’t quite figure out what it was but it wasn’t pleasant. Hopefully, I’ll get my quiet time the next time I visit. I’m there at least once a month."

"This was the perfect spot for me and my daughter. The bed was comfy, the washer and dryer were so nice to have in the apt. Emily was very kind and responded quickly to any message, I really appreciated her hospitality. The price was great, and I would absolutely stay here again!! Also, she started the ice machine for us before we even got there and as someone obsessed with ice, that was an immediate 5 stars!!"

"If you’re an angler, this place if for you! I wish I could leave more stars for this review. The host were MOST welcoming and helpful. The property was beyond what I expected and this home is an absolute relaxing dream. Robert and April left us a fresh bowl of fruit which I thought was the best! This place is extremely clean and had every possible thing you will need. My husband and I came to fish Chickamauga for our anniversary and this place is a perfect location for just this. It’s located jist minutes from Chest Frost. The host even accommodated us with an extension cord so we could charge our batteries on the bass boat. I can safely say I’ve never felt more at home, away from home. Robert and April, thank you all so much for a wonderful stay! We will see you every time we visit here!"
