Waterfront Spacious 5 bedroom with quick boating access to Gulf & Atlantic

Located in a prime area of Big Pine Key, this gorgeous five-bedroom concrete home is situated just under 400 feet from the open ocean. With Pine Channel located just outside the canal, you will enjoy the beautiful natural area with the tandem kayak and paddle board included with rental. Keep your boat docked in the backyard with convenient boating access to both the Gulf and Atlantic Ocean.
The interior features cathedral ceilings over a spacious open-concept living and kitchen area, perfect for large families or groups. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with a large island, over 25 feet of Silestone countertops, beautiful Kitchen Maid wooden cabinets and a Kitchen-aid Mixer with attachments.. The expansive master bedroom includes a comfortable sitting area and an in-room soaking tub. Built by a local "conch," the home reflects a vibrant, "Keysy" atmosphere and is outfitted as a Google Home with six integrated speakers and an LCD kitchen display. The decor features local artist handmade driftwood furniture and unique artwork by renowned underwater cameraman Mark Rackley.
The property is nestled within the National Key Deer Refuge in an extremely safe, well-maintained neighborhood. Relax in a hammock next to a deep canal frequented by manatees, or enjoy Key West sunsets from the dock. Additional amenities include a weight room, a hot outdoor shower, and a large downstairs storage area for boating gear, complete with a dartboard and an extra refrigerator and freezer. This home is a must-see and comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests between the five bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Peaceful and Relaxing

Time drifts by when you stay here. Great place for enjoying friends and family. Be sure to bring your boat; the dock is available just beside the porch. The locals on Big Pine Key are 👍 great.

Great house & location!

We stayed at this lovely home from December 9 thru Jan 6,2024. Great kitchen, and plenty of room for our family. Very nice outdoor space with excellent dock for our boat, and great fishing close by. Also had plenty of parking for our vehicles & boat trailer. Kathie is very helpful host, and even mailed some forgotten items after we left. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy living

The house was amazing as was the host .We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home . The canal is crystal clear and the location is perfect for exploring or accessing great fishing and recreational areas. It felt like home !

Beautiful and chill house

We needed a well located place in the keys and dock space for the boat. The place was easy to get to, centrally located between Marathon and West, with lots to see and do nearby. Amenities as advertised and owner is friendly and helpful. Incredible place to get into a relaxed mood and fish, paddle and see the Keys.

We caught Key's Disease

We had a wonderful stay on Big Pine Key. Great house, very clean, Kathie is great to work with. The canal is deep, clean and protected with great dockage for our boat. Loved it! Can't wait to go back😊

Keys Fishing Retreat

We had a great time at Kathie's home. She was an awesome host, helping us with anything we needed and quickly responding when anything came up. The house is one of the few in the area with 5 BR to support a larger group. It was very clean and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need for large or small meals. The screened porch is large and comfortable for enjoying canal view. The downstairs includes a nice sitting area and plenty of space to store your gear. There are multiple freezers and a fridge downstairs for bait, drinks, and storing your catch. The location provides quick access to the Atlantic for your larger boat and to the back country for small or flats boats. We will definitely be back!
