"Dont know if it was rude people or poor insulation my kids are 11 and 13 so ive stayed alot of kid places definately the most noisy experoance ive had"

"High points were front desk staff, restaurant staff, and food were fantastic. Low points were pool was poorly lit and rooms looked DIY. Worst was the slippery bathroom floor that looked like it was a sheet of slick fake wood paneling and poorly designed. Shower was too short and shampoo machine was poorly placed. "

"There was no staff. Room was not very clean. Everything old and outdated. Extremely small TV hard to navigate channels. Not comfortable mattresses or pillows. Not one person on site of this huge condominium building, so no one to direct you to your room or concessions or restaurants or be any of assistance with any question that you may have on site. Overall disappointing experience. "

"Inside is nice, good main room space, two fridges, nice stuff for cooking. Lots of comfy beds. Outside is nice with hot tub, grill, firepit, lake and dock and lake stuff. Owners are nice and hands off with clear communication."
