The pillows in the room were horrendous. My neck was hurting the entire trip. I did love how there is a skywalk to the water park but the park was very dirty. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff was friendly. I was asked daily about doing a timeshare presentation and they were relentless. ...

Gorgeous and immaculate property. Such a fun time there.. everything was clean, control of the temp in our rooms, towels galore. Would definitely stay again.
