"I stayed here so I could spend my days hiking in the state and national parks nearby. I liked that there were restaurants that I could eat at when I got back from hiking and I also liked that there was a gas station on site. I did not use the casino at all other than to walk through it to the restaurants. I would leave early in the morning and return at sundown, so I never really explored the grounds. I did not use the pool or fitness room. I would definitely stay here again."

"We were so happy with this selection. Everything about our stay made us feel at ease, which at that moment was very important. All the staff were very accommodating. The checkin was easy. The lobby was well designed to give you options whether you wanted to get some work done or chill by the fireplace. Breakfast was great, changed up each day. All rooms have microwave and fridge which were very convenient to us. Plenty of parking. Whole place very clean. Rooms spacious, beds very comfortable, and quiet. Would stay again in a heart beat."

"This is a very nice motel when traveling in the Northern California coast with modern furnishings and ascetics and kind staff. Actual coffee and water bottles provided in the rooms. Good coffee and donut shop nearby. Economical rates too for a quick one night stay."

"All was exactly as we expected except for the all night and early morning wake up by the crazy loud barking dogs that sounded as if they were right outside our door. The wood stove functioned well for heating the space and the bedding was great for our needs. Communication with the host, Lisa, was great!"

"The drive in from the coast was spectacular. Mathew did an amazing job with providing directions and the location is pristine. If you love camping, the stars, and beautiful views. This spot is it. The lodging and facilities are in fantastic condition. Just a real gem and the location to the Redwood National Park is unbeatable."
