"Holly's place is a great get-away. We were there at the end of September for 7 nights in the Tisher Cabin. The bed was very comfortable and big screen TV was great. The TV is connected to a Roku player so you can watch streaming shows. The bathroom and shower were on the small size. I'm 5' 10" tall and 190 Lbs so it was tight in the shower stall. No big deal since we did not spend a lot of time in there : ) The staff was very friendly and was concerned that everything was OK. It is a very quite area and you do feel like your at a campground. Having a gas fire pit was great and there are things to do for adults and kids on the property. The common area room is really well stocked with kitchen utensils. Waffle makers, toaster oven, blender, a full size stove and fridge etc. The sitting area had very comfortable couches and chairs and a large screen TV. There are a lot of really fine restaurants close by and it's a 7 minute drive to Heavenly Village. It's a 10 minute walk to Lake Tahoe and a 13 minute walk to El Dorado Beach. We will definitely return if in that area."

"Home is beautiful with plenty of space for kids to play. Our kids enjoyed the games downstairs, the pool, and the spacious backyard. The large kitchen with 3 dishwashers made it easy to cook for a big family. The location is great, we had a 5 minute drive to almost everything we did in South Lake Tahoe! Some things we think could be improved. Cleaning: We found a button battery in the carpet of one of the bedrooms; this could have been very dangerous for one of the kids. With the home being so large, it would have been nice if there was a pack n play or crib on the property. The pool was supposed to be heated to 80, but felt about the same temperature as the lake. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would consider staying here again when we return!"
