Poor service, unpleasant strong fragrance in reception and hallways which gave us a headache. Didn’t feel like a four star hotel, 3 at best. Rooms and particularly bathroom watching not cleaned well.
We were taken aback when we were provided with a disabled room upon early check-in without being informed beforehand. We absolutely understand and respect the necessity of accessible rooms for guests in need, and we would have been more than willing to wait for a standard room if necessary. However, it was disappointing that the staff did not communicate this to us beforehand.
