OK once you get there but the parking beneath the Bilbao Intermodal Station is confusing at least how you can get to the hotel's reception area given you have no hotel room key to activate the door to get to the hotel's elevators...better explanation of that would be helpful. Overall the hotel was very good, Clean and modern. Hotel is in a good location, 15-20 min walk to main tourist attractions. Might have been nice to get a discount on the parking under the hotel.

Airport bus stop literally at the front door, very convenient. Metro stop close by. Seems to be in the business area of the city, so you need to walk a little to reach the city centre. Area is nice, room was excellent and the breakfast good!

One of our favorite hotels in Europe. Clean, chic design with lots of lighting options in the room Even the lights in the hallway are beautifully designed and brighten as you walk by. The breakfast buffet was really good. The reception staff were nice. The location is perfect for getting around Bilbao on the bus, metro and tram. Super shower and quiet room I will stay here again when back in Bilbao.

Good location, staffs are friendly. I stayed there for two nights; First night, a random guy knocked my door at around 12am, and they constantly opens and close their doors. The room is not soundproofing, I can hear people talk.

Check in nightmare
Nice, eco friendly and clean hotel. It has great location for the train and bus station. Our problem was getting to the front of the hotel to check in. My husband drove in circle around the city for hours in order to find a place to park an get to hotel.

Clean and modern
Excellent location and very modern feel. Not so sure about the sink being in the room as it splashes everywhere. but thats just personal choice. There was no room service at late nights (after 10ish I think). Overall a pleasant stay.

Location is fabulous
Great location if you’re coming j. Ti Bilbao from the airport. The airport bus takes you to the train station attached to the hotel so it’s literally around the corner. Couldn’t be any easier. Rooms are modern and clean. Loved how the hall lights lit as you walked down the hall. Motion detector. Only down side our room had a corner of plank flooring that had come up and it hurt quite a bit when I stepped barefoot on it.

Good hotel, but spoilt by an appalling check in, waited 20 minutes for them to find my booking. Breakfast a poor effort with overcooked eggs almost raw bacon and little choice of cakes/fruit

Excellent location and staff
A very conveniently located, clean and modern hotel. The reception staff were welcoming and incredibly helpful. The room was spotless and well appointed and the breakfast was very good value. Would certainly recommended.

This is a fantastic hotel. At fairly budget prices, you get an impressively thought-out modern accommodation -- everything from fridge and safe in the room to rain shower and attractive decor to lights in the hallway that progressively illuminate as you move forward! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location next to the train station, while not the most exciting in the city, felt safe and always full of life and was very convenient for the beginning and end of the trip. Highly recommend this place.

Great stay. Was in town for a conference at the Euskandula. Convenient location 2 tram stops down. Also a quick subway ride to the old town/shopping. Unfortunately it’s not in the middle of the city but it’s solid for the price point and convenient to get places. I would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay. The room was comfortable. There's lack of closet space. The housekeeping was disappointing, leaving dirty cups and saucers, not wiping surface areas, and not refilling supplies. The reception staff were very helpful though.

Good stay in Bilbao
Very convenient location, just next to the bus terminal of Bilbao, this is where you can take the bus to the airport and back. There is a new building construction next to it so it can get noisy. Very good rooms, the only missing thing was a coffee machine on the room, it would have been nice to have one for morning coffee. Buffet was good, lots of options for breakfast. Staff was very friendly and they communicate well in English. No Gym or pool on this hotel.

The location was excellent for traveling by bus. The staff was very pleasant, especially nice to see after arriving after midnight due to flight delays. Quiet rooms for being in the middle of a city and conveniently close to restaurants and grocery store.

Great modern hotel with super convenient location. Some of the information both from staff and the website was difficult to understand. In particular opening times for facilities like to the bar/lounge and restaurant.
