He was very apologetic, but this lack of communication left us scrambling for a place to stay and an extra hour of driving. ...

Arrived very jet lagged with no one to check in, no help. Room had sand and hairs on bed. Small. Very small town and long drive to the cliffs. Shortened my stay (already too long) and no refund.
