The hotel is in an ideal spot for Legoland & Lalandia Waterpark. However the hotel felt more like a hostel with the rooms being very basic and having to make up & strip the bed linen, which we were not expecting, considering the price. The buffet breakfast was good with plenty of options, especially the pancake making for the kids. It was also great to have fresh bean to cup coffee to set us up for busy days. The buffet dinner was adequate after a long day swimming, but there are better and tastier options in Billund. Overall it was an average hotel, which is saved from a lower rating by its location next to Legoland.

Nice location with good breakfast

The room was clean but not so big. About 10 mins walk to the Legoland. The breakfast buffet is nice with a variety of choices. Need to bring your own sheets and towels. The only disadvantage is the wifi connection is very weak!

The room was basic. The pillow wasn’t great, very flat to lay your head on, the room was dark due to the lights not very bright, the window once open doesn’t stay open and it was hot in the evening. The location was good near to the Airport, Aquadome and Legoland.

This is basically a camping site with a few buildings with rooms in them. It is not a motel. Facilities for kids are very good and its an excellent place for them to meet new playmates from all over Europe. Small supermarket on site quite expensive. Rooms have wi-fi and a small TV. No fridge, air con or tea making facilities. Rooms are pretty basic but clean. One other thing, towels and bedding cost extra. Breakfast was included and was adequate.

A great location for visiting Legoland, it's about a 10 minute walk which is perfect. We stayed in the Lego motel, the room was nice for a short stay. We did find it quite noisy, from the people above. At times it felt like they were in the same room. Also we found the sheet hire very expensive, i not sure why this can't be included in the room price. Apart from this, we found the team to be lovely, the play parks were brilliant and the breakfast was excellent. We would stay here again and would probably try one of the Ninjago lodges.

I wouldn't advise anyone to stay here for one night, like we did. Pay a little bit extra and stay in a hotel. This place is for people who want to stay for a few nights/a week. After our flight arrived into Billund airport late at night, we collected our car and drove to the Motel. The member of staff was delightful, however, it was only at checkin that we were made aware that we needed to pay extra for our bed linens. I paid the fee and was given three packs that included: single bottom sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, hand towel and large towel. I was then told the general direction of our chalet room, which was really difficult to find in the dark - it was on the first floor, up a metal staircase. With two children in tow - on my own - we made it to the room, where I started to make the beds, however, I wasn't given a double fitted sheet, so I had to leave the children in the room and return to the front desk to get one. We only used one of the towels between the three of us, so it was a complete waste of energy to have given me three sets of towels. The breakfast was a buffet style, which was quite nice, with plenty of options. We won't be returning to this Motel.

Basic features, top quality service

Exceptional customer service and care at the reception, always looking to help and be of service. Fantastic facilities for children and adults! Great location. The rooms are basic but perfectly adequate for a nights stay.

Great location but be aware of the linen

Great location, however frustrated with the linen situation. Wasn’t informed we needed to rent linen or bring our own. Arriving at 11:50pm and then having to make your beds with 3 kids isn’t the best experience when you get there (or being £55 out of pocket

Fun hotel, bad food

The hotel was ina great location with access to awesome play areas for kids. The room was great and had a fun theme. However, the food at the hotel really needs some improvement. There were pretty much no vegan options for protein, the bread rolls were hard, the scrambled (probably powdered) eggs were way too salty. Not a great experience. We skipped breakfast on day 2 and went to Espresso House instead.

They will CHARGE you for bed sheets They will DO check in exactly at 3 pm They will ask to check in via tablets No matter the reasons why you are doing this. It is a horrible experience for your customers.

A nice stay but poor customer service.

I was really disappointed with check in! I checked in on a machine and it told me my room number and printed out a key. There was no further information regarding how to get to the room, what time breakfast was served, whether we needed a voucher or just gave our name on arrival. etc etc There were 3 members of staff in the check in area but they didn't seem too keen to help even though check in was quite busy, and were doing other jobs eg: on the computer etc. They didn't seem very impressed when I needed help on how to find the room, I just found the customer experience really poor.... How ever we stayed in a pirate room and it was lovely - really clean and plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 big kids. The bed wasn't comfy at all, pretty much like sleeping on a camp bed but it was only for one night so we managed. Breakfast was included in the price and we really enjoyed it. There was plenty of choice and you could eat as much as you like. We only stayed one night so didn't use many of the facilities but my son absolutely loved the play area's. Location is fantastic... literally across the road from Lalandia and Legoland. Despite the poor customer service at the start we really enjoyed our stay.

Veldig fint ute.

Veldig bra beliggenhet. Vi var etter et luftig sted, som var ikke innestengt som et hotell. Det at motellet er inn i Legoland Vila er en stor fordel. Barna koste seg masse med å gå rundt og leke og se på alle ting. Inne var innredningen ganske utslit, det var rett og slett gammelt. Men vi var bare en natt og det gikk fint.

Camera vicino al ristorante e all’ingresso, dotata dei servizi essenziali più un baule di lego DUPLO con cui i bimbi hanno giocato sempre. Il campeggio è meraviglioso, con aree boschive (c’erano lepri e scoiattoli) e giochi per bambini mai visti prima. Ottima la colazione alla mattina. Quando prenotate tenete conto che avrete circa 50 euro in più per il noleggio della biancheria e che dovrete farvi voi i letti e disfarli. Ma il contesto, la vicinanza a LEGOLAND e la natura valgono sicuramente la pena.

Bildene av rommet så større ut enn i virkeligheten. Kunne ønsket meg nye håndklær daglig. Hadde ikke sett at vi måtte ha med/leie eget sengetøy. Noe gammelt og slitt på bad. Ellers var oppholdet helt supert!! Flinke hyggelige folk, god frokostbuffet.
