I first booked an apartment close to the airport, I was informed that for some reason that apartment was no longer available so I would get a place in Cocody Faya, which sounded good to me. When I arrived in Abidjan, I had very little knowledge of where to go for my accommodation, just an address to give the taxi. I was taken to a third location, not in Cocody Faya but Yopougon.
