The host family were amazing, helpful, generous and hospitable. If you wish to experience a Bosnian hospitality and homeliness this is the best place to stay while in Sarajevo.

Great location and clean room. The view itself from the bedroom is worth the stay. Only thing is at check in the staff could have been more welcoming

We loved our stay at the Ornament Hotel in Sarajevo. The hotel is small, but it was perfectly fine for two nights in the city. It has a great location and it is an easy walk to wherever you would want to go. The room was small, but had a balcony looking over the Latin Bridge and the river. The hotel has two parking spots (first come, first serve) and we were lucky enough to get one. Otherwise, there is public parking a short walk away We were doing a 10 country drive and stayed in a mix of luxury properties and modest hotels. The Ornament exceeding what you would expect for a modest property. The front desk staff was great and the hotel was spotless
