Great Hotel, Restaurant staff was very polite and did everything they could even after 10pm .Room was sparkling clean and we were impressed.
Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because we were very disappointed by the lady who was in charge at front desk, rude and didn’t acted friendly at all , barely answered my questions , didn’t tell us anything about our stay , hotel amenities & suggestions.
I expected way more , she needs to improve , for sure .

This is a grand hotel in the truest sense of the word. Everyone is cordial at all times and the property feels special. The bar at night is a vibe that must be experienced with a Luxembourgish cremant.
