"Only 1 towel for a room with a king bed. Shower sinking in so soap bar wouldn’t even stay in build in space for soap, air conditioning okay. Was double charged the pending hold charge which front desk stated they knew was an issue"

"No breakfast, no clarity on hotel amenities or rules, etc. Staff was incredibly unhelpful and room was quite dirty. Toilet made awful noise when flushed and back part of toilet was lifted when we arrived. Some sort of disgusting looking red splatter on ceiling, and heater system seemed somewhat faulty. Worst stay at a Boise hotel I’ve ever had."

"Lovely setting for a family gathering. Pleasant, spacious environment with plenty of seating and a well stocked kitchen. Great communication with hosts. Answered my questions quickly and clearly. "

"My suite had a dishwasher, so it had glass/ceramic/stainless dishes/utensils. There were great motion sensor nightlights in the suite. Very good blackout curtains. Great parking. Great variety of hot and cold breakfast items. Comfortable variety of breakfast seating."

"It was perfect!! We stayed with 10 high school youth from our church so they could preview Boise Bible College. They had the best time! What a beautiful house. They all insisted that we book the same house next year for the preview event. We will be booking it as soon as we have dates to make sure we get this house again!"
