The room was beautifully designed—simple yet elegant—with striking Middle Eastern-style block walls that added a unique, majestic charm. Everything felt thoughtfully curated and comfortable. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the German Colony, with easy access to everything. A special thanks to the family who owns and runs the property—their kindness and hospitality made the stay truly memorable. Beautiful rooms, nice pool (although small), nice area, nice hiking options from the hotel, tasty breakfast, great staff, very accommodating and helpful (I wanted to have a few surprises in the room for my husband’s birthday and they helped with everything, they also helped with restaurant recommendations in the area), good massage. The view includes not only nature but also some buildings and a farm and some tractors, and the music from the pool and the animal noises do permeate the room window (facing the pool). "

"The place is good, despite the crowded area is not noisy. The sea is very close, 5 minutes walk. There are numerous cafes and shops nearby. In the evenings, Independence Square in front of the hotel turns into a resting place for citizens and guests of the city with shopping shops and children's attractions. "My stay at The Residence Hotel was wonderful. I booked a waterfront room and it didn’t disappoint—the view was stunning, and I loved relaxing on my private porch. Most of the front desk staff were friendly, though one person at checkout was a bit rude and didn’t speak English. The room was comfortable but could have been a little cleaner. I really appreciated the free late checkout. Families should note that there’s a restaurant behind the hotel with music at night. It didn’t bother me, but those with babies or light sleepers may notice it. Overall, an amazing stay—I’d definitely return!"
