Skønt og sublimt strandhotel

Skøn voksne hotel med ro og sublim service. Du oplever som gæst at være i fokus. At der er tale om voksenhotel udtrykkes tydligt gennem den stilhed og ro som præger hotellet og der er tid til at være alle steder på hotellet. Placering i Binz er perfekt og ligger skønt på stranden.

Hohe Erwartungen nicht erfüllt

Sehr modernes, schön eingerichtetes Hotel direkt an der Binzer Seebrücke. Das Frühstücksbüfett ist überschaubar, einiges ist direkt beim Service bestellbar und wird an den Tisch gebracht. Das Personal ist freundlich, aber größtenteils nicht sehr kompetent. Restaurant-Betrieb gibt es keinen mehr, das Angebot in der Bar ist sehr überschaubar, gleiches gilt für den Spa-Bereich. Der neue Besitzer A-Rosa befindet sich noch der Übungsphase gehobener Hotellerie.

Uden for sæson; Værelse med havblik var nok muligt… Meget begrænset parkering men reddet af venligt personale der kørte bilen til søsterhotellet. Barfood ikke tilgængeligt på hotellet!

Hotellet var fint disignat och vackert att vistas i. Men det som störde väldigt mycket var dofter, mycket starka parfymdofter överallt inklusive rummet. Det var svårt att andas och vi fick kraftiga allergiska reaktioner samt astmaatacker trots medicin. Frukost var också mycket sparsam och man var tvungen att beställa rätter från köket. Utbudet var mycket begränsat. Detta borde informerats om mycket tydligare i hotellbeskrivningen. Summa sumarum är dyrt och besvärligt för allergiker.

Binz besonders genießen.....

Das A-ROSA Collection bietet mit einem ungewöhnlich netten Team und dazu zählt ausdrücklich auch das Team der Reinigungskräfte viel Klasse, die es im vergleichbaren Preissegment nicht mehr regelmäßig gibt. Der Persönliche Empfang in der Tiefgarage, gefolgt von einem netten Gespräch beim Check-In und einem guten Glas Sekt und das auch am Abend um 23:00 Uhr. So kann, wie in unserem Fall, das verlängerte Wochenende beginnen. Das Frühstück ist anders, als in vergleichbaren Resorts. Sehr klein, sparsam und übersichtlich aber sehr frisch und völlig ausreichend, immer abhängig von dem, was man von einem 5 Sterne Haus persönlich erwartet. Erwähnen müssen wir, dass es uns persönlich nicht gefallen hat, das Tiere, ganz konkret Hunde, in dem Bereich waren wo gegessen wurde und sich dort auf den tiefen Teppichen gerollt haben. Das ist aus unserer Sicht kein Service für reiche Kunden, sondern ein "NO GO" auf der Ebene, auf der man hier mitspielen möchte. Gleiches gilt für das Restaurant Angebot. Das Hotel hat aktuell mit Personalmangel zu "kämpfen" und keinen Koch an Board. Das wertet einen Besuch leider deutlich ab, denn im Umfeld gibt es nur TouriSnacks in grausamer Qualität zu frechen Preisen. Außer man geht etwas mehr in Richtung Fisch Kuse, dort entdeckt man Lokalitäten, wo man gut und glücklich den Abend verbringen kann. Das Resort arbeitet aber mit Hochdruck an einer Nachbesetzung und wird dann, sehr sicher, auch diese unabdingbarer Komponente für eine 5 Sterne Haus wieder anbiet.

Top Lage, super Hotelzimmer, sehr sauber und ruhig. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend. Kritik: Das Frühstück war überschaubar und leider merkt man stark den Personalmangel (teilweise schleppender Service, Tische wurden nicht zeitig aufgeräumt, teils sehr späte Nachfrage nach Getränken etc.). Fazit: Wir werden wieder Gäste im Hotel und hoffen, dass sich bis dahin der Service beim Frühstück verbessert.

Sehr lobenswert war der herzliche Empfang durch den älteren Herren, der uns ausführlich und zuvorkommend im gesamten Hotel umhergeführt und unsere Räumlichkeiten erklärt hat. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes und stilvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Seebrücke. Zu erwähnen sei hier, dass das Zimmer keine Klimaanlage hat. Lediglich eine hochwertige mobile Lüftung. Der Spa Bereich ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Zugang nur mit Zimmer Karte. Es gibt dort 4 Saunen, einen Pool ( beheizt), ausreichend Handtücher, mehrere Duschen und einen Ruheraum etc. Erfrischungen stehen zu Verfügung. Ungewöhnlich war das Parksystem in der stylischen Tiefgarage (hier macht auch das Auto Urlaub). Der Autoschlüssel muss an der Rezeption beim Check in abgegeben werden, weil das Fahrzeug aufgrund der Infrastruktur im Parkhaus, mehrmals durch das Personal umgeparkt wird. Das weibliche Frühstückspersonal glänzte durch Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz. Am Nachmittag und Abend erfüllte uns Anastasia gern einen Wunsch und sie war auch immer sehr höflich im Umgang mit uns. Leider empfand meine Frau den Mitarbeiter Achilles nicht sonderlich gastfreundlich, wie es bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel zu erwarten wäre. Alles in allem hatten wir ein paar schöne Tage.

Negatives können wir nichts sagen. Obwohl wir 3 Stunden zu früh da waren, konnten wir den Check In schon machen und das Auto in die Tiefgarage stellen. Pünktlich um 15 Uhr war dann auch das Zimmer fertig und es war echt angenehm. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern war nichts mehr zu hören, aber selbst bei offenen war es angenehm. Das Frühstück (bedingt durch Corona kein Buffet) war auch hervorragend. Ich war beeindruckt, wie schnell sich die Angestellten die Gesichter und Wünsche merken konnten. Wir können das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen. Auch wenn Binz sehr sehr voll war und sich nicht an die Abstände gehalten wurde. Dafür konnten wir direkt über das Hotel zum Auto flüchten und an Orte fahren, die ruhiger waren. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Im Hotel liegt überall ganz viel Staub. Das Personal beim Frühstück ist unprofessionell, unhöflich und unfreundlich. An der Rezeption war Personal höflich und freundlich. Die Möbel im ganzen Hotel ist schwarz und sieht sehr schlimm aus, da schon die Kanten beschädigt sind und dadurch sieht man die Farbe vom Holz also hell braun. Die kleine Sofas im Restaurant für Frühstück und Abendessen eine Katastrophe. Die Sofas sollte man schon längst wegschmeißen, es ist einfach unmöglich zu sitzen, man fällt immer nach hinten, da die Sitzfläche schief steht, ob die Sofas immer so waren oder schon kaputt sind, aber auf jeden Fall bevor man die Sofas für Restaurants kauft, sollte man sich hinsetzen und testen. Alle Leute haben sich nur auf die Kante des Sofas gesetzt und ganze Zeit sich beschwert. Positiv: die Lage ist super, obwohl das Hotel so zu sagen an der Promenade sich befindet, beim geschlossen Fenster hört man kein Lärm.

Ich weiß nicht, warum dieses Hotel 5 Sterne hat. Das Personal gibt einem das Gefühl, man ist in einem maximal 3 Sterne Bed & Breakfast. Billige (wahrscheinlich Aufback-) Brötchen zum Frühstück, unfreundlicher bzw. nicht vorhandener oder schlechter Service vom Check-In über die Bar, Restaurant bis hin zum Zimmerservice. Wir waren extrem unzufrieden und können das Hotel definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

sehr schon Hotel,gut plazieren :-) Parkplatz verfügbar, klein Tiefe Garage und kostet noch extra zum Zimmer sonst alles Super. Frühstück super lecker .
