Welcome to the 70m2 air-conditioned flat on the ground floor of a cosy family home. Next to us is another beautiful flat for 2 or 3 people for rent. The flat has two spacious bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes for maximum comfort. The bedrooms are separated from the living area by an anteroom, which provides a touch of intimacy.
The main bathroom is well equipped with shower, WC, washbasin with mirror, hairdryer and we provide two bath towels per person. A guest toilet is conveniently located next to the main bathroom. In the living area you will find air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection and a beautiful partial sea view.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and all the necessary kitchen utensils. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area has a table and chairs. In the entrance area, an inviting living area with sofa bed and satellite TV invites you to relax.
From the living room you have direct access to the covered terrace, a perfect place to share special moments. You have the option of sharing the barbecue area, car park and courtyard with other guests. The fully fenced backyard ensures security and privacy.
