Der Checkin (und -out) lief reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen und Ansprüchen: Sauber mit einem sehr bequemen Bett. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, um die Stadt zu erkunden; nur das Parken im öffentlichen Parkhaus ist hierdurch sehr teuer (33€/Tag), was aber vorher bekannt war.

Everything was great, except reception failed to print documents my PA asked them to. And failed to give me a package that was sent to the hotel which is still pending and outstanding.

Very relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff. Very nice breakfast. Easy access to the trams and close to the Old Town. Also nice restaurants close to the Hotel. Will stay here again.
