I was impressive with hotels receptionists both check in and out staffs were friendly and professional. Hotels facilities also good. The only issue is that a housekeep coughed and sneezed a lot(more than 10 times) outside at our door then knocked our door to ask sth, made me feel not uncomfortable although I’m not afraid of covid or flu, I don’t think it’s appropriate behaviour

Always one of my favorite hotels. Love the area and the hotel.
Only complaint was that this time my morning coffee in the room tasted terrible. we couldn't drink it. I dont know if the machine was dirty or creamers were bad. That was a not great start to the day. Everything else was perfect.
