Friendly staff, good location, clean hotel.

"Rooms were clean and location is excellent for seafront and Lanes shopping. Some of the rooms were a bit tired; my Mum’s door needed to be slammed to shut, and at 88 she didn’t have the strength needed. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Mum was worried about going away but staff were so helpful ..."

Hidden fees. Long complicated check in process

"Very complicated check in progress. Took me two hours to check in while I was standing outside the building in the heat. The management asked me to pay additional costs and additional security checks. If I was told early then i would be more prepared or even avoided"
