    - This is not a tourist or entertainment district. Guests should not expect walkable restaurants, nightlife, or a resort-style neighborhood environment.

Cute place. Needs a dining table and chairs, water pressure is low and the parking is to be desired but other than that it was very accommodating for us.

It is important for guests to know though the condition and atmosphere of the neighboring properties. This VRBO is not insulated well obviously because the neighboring house held wild, late parties every night (week night included). You would hear loud music and could hear the conversations of people talking outside until 3 am. We found mouse droppings in the kitchen cabinet. The master bedroom listed it was a queen but seemed like a full size bed. The bed in the 2nd bedroom across from the bathroom was slumping on one side. We had such a terrible experience we left after the second night. We were supposed to stay three nights.
