The front desk staff, lobby, bar staff were fabulous. The room was awful. It felt so gross with dirty carpet, broken window shades. The bathroom set up with only a shower curtain literally flooded the entire toilet/shower area. I would never stay there again. And you had to pay for parking garage. I’m fine with that typically, but what you get entering is so deceiving from what your stay is. Also freezing cold showers with no hot water.
We were there for a wedding and the location was perfect 5 minutes away from All Saints Episcopal Church and The Farrell, reception location.
The staff at Aloft ALWAYS greeted you with a smile on their face! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone in Homewood, AL!
We stayed here a few weeks before and our room was great. The room this time was a bit more dinged up and the caulking was peeling from the shower and the shower door didn't work properly. It seemed to show its age.
Key fob on the door fell off , bathroom door super heavy and stuck so you can’t shut the door. But great location , staff is super nice and helpful and hotel looks great.
