Both homes have been fully renovated but still maintain their historic charm. Located in the heart of the historic district in Birmingham, it makes it perfect dwelling for exploring Downtown. The sheer size of the homes makes them perfect for hosting events such as Weddings, golf trips, birthday and graduation parties or simply any large group traveling together. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. There were some cleanliness issues in the kitchen, and the larger home is a bit shabby inside.. E.g., bathrooms, curtains. We loved the pool table.

Terrific spot for a group trip to this location. 12 guy golf trip to RTJ and this is the perfect setup. Also wound up going to Alabama football game which was an hour away. Very clean and appreciate two different vibes between the houses, all inside once fence line.

Wonderful stay
Our team was down for World Police and Fire Games and the property was fantastic having a ton of space and entertainment for everyone. Fantastic view for the 4th of July fireworks on to of the hill as well. Corey was fantastic getting us in early as our flight was changed earlier in the preceding days. Give Corey the assist on our gold medal ;)

I must say, my family and I really enjoyed ourselves. The place is amazing. I love the color scheme of each room and the spaciousness of the bedroom. Even the neighbors were extremely nice and welcoming. I actually live in the city, and I felt as though I was from out of town. My family, however, who were from California, were so impressed by how huge the front and back yards were. They were also enthused about the perfect view of seeing the Vulcan man holding the torch that sits on top of the hill. I honestly appreciate everything this weekend, and God knows it was simply perfect. I have zero complaints. I would give both the host and the stay 1,000 stars.
