We were in Birmingham for a long weekend. This rental is in a great location, within nice driving distance to anywhere in the area. Spacious for 3, would stay again!

Perfect place for us

Spouse and I come to Birmingham periodically to visit family. Very convenient, whether headed into town or suburbs. 5-15 minute drive to stores, entertainment, etc. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Very nice place to come to after a long travel day. Host communicates well and is very hospitable.

Perfect property for a girls trip, very centrally located, feels very safe. Quiet and cozy. The condo is clean, and has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen... thank you so much for the coffee basket as well as the snacks! Full size refrigerator with ice maker

Great place and location in Birmingham

Located on the ground floor, the apartment was easy to find, safe location, simple check in and access code, ample parking, basic supplies provided, and clear departure instructions. Close to UAB. There were multiple air purifiers, which I thought were for humidity. However, there was also a slight odor of cigarette smoke even though no smoking was allowed. We noticed it each time we walked in and some of our clothes left out had a similar smell. I would recommend it if looking for a place outside of the city limits for a great price.

The condo was very accessible and nice in every way except that there was a strong smoke odor ! There were air filters running and several plug ins trying to mask the odor but it lingered and was quite unpleasant . I called the host immediately and she offered other locations in the city but we thought we could stick it out , which we did , rather than having to move . I would love to give this property a higher rating as it was excellent in other ways but don’t feel it is fair to do so - wanted potential future renters to be informed .

Good location but smells like smoke

The property is in a good location but the entire property smells like smoke. Even after getting home and washing our clothes, there’s a residual smoke smell. There were air purifiers in two of the rooms, but did not help the overall smell. Things were clean and nice, but the smell was overpowering. Were it not for the smell of smoke I would have rated this much much higher. It should say something in the description that people have smoked inside.
