Cute little place. The place was about as big as an extended stay hotel room with charm. The neighborhood was definitely up and coming. Definitely a historical area but sad to see so many abandoned homes with boards on windows. You are not by any businesses so best to have groceries in hand when you arrive. Would have been a nice touch to have a couple of bottles of water and some starter coffee for the morning to give us time to get to the store. Had a rental car we parked on the street. Was hoping it would be there the next day. There is off street parking but you apparently share it with the other property house so did not want to take the chance getting stuck behind the other renter’s car. Laundry in garage below but we did not use. Did not see laundry detergent even if I wanted to do laundry. (Past short term rental had Tide pods which was a nice touch). Overall, good experience.
