The living area is especially well suited for gathering, with an oversized 110-inch U-shaped sectional providing plenty of comfortable seating. Just beyond it, a dedicated dining area gives your group a proper place to sit down together, while the open layout keeps everything connected.

The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and a large island with additional seating. Whether you`re cooking, having breakfast at the island, or settling in for dinner together, there are multiple spaces to enjoy meals throughout the apartment.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed. Both bedrooms have their own walk-in closets, providing generous storage and making it easy to unpack and settle in.

To maintain a secure, upscale environment, this luxury residential building has several requirements that apply to all guests:

📝 Guest Verification & Rental Agreement: After booking, guests must complete the required Enso Connect verification and rental agreement prior to check-in.
🪪 Photo ID Required: A valid photo ID must be presented and guests must sign in with the concierge at check-in. Entry cannot be granted without valid ID.
📸 Facial-Recognition Access: A selfie is required to register for the building`s secure facial-recognition entry system.
👔 Building Dress Code: Proper attire is required in common areas. Attire such as excessive body exposure, durags, bonnets, undershirts worn as outerwear, ski masks, or other attire that does not meet building standards may result in denied entry.
🚫 No Firearms: Firearms are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, even with a valid permit or license to carry.
💳 $350 Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required to cover potential damages and incidentals. The deposit is returned after checkout if no applicable charges occur, less a $15 processing fee.
