Great property

We really enjoyed our stay here a would recommend it to others. The Yale lock system is great. I also love that we didn’t have to do 1/2 the cleaning that many other rentals require. Communication was quick and easy.

Wonderful time

I really enjoyed my stay the house was clean and very well organized with plenty of cooking utensils. Only down side was that the front screen door didn’t lock but other than that the house was just what I needed. I would most definitely stay there again.

The house was what we needed for a quick drive to UA. Clean and well appointed.

Upon arrival we soon learned that the a/c unit was out and we had our two daughters which both have allergies and it was the heat of summer Labor Day weekend to be exact so we suffered. Property manager did send someone out the next day however the unit never cooled the house properly during our stay. We went and purchased a Dan to help accommodate our discomfort. The property manager did reimburse us 135 out of the 700 we paid for three days. House was clean and property manager did respond promptly.
