✨ Before You Book: The building is updating the lobby and some common areas. Work is light and won’t affect your unit, but you may notice activity during your stay. We’ve already lowered our nightly rate to reflect this—your comfort and experience remain our top priority.

To protect both guests and our home, a mandatory option from a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $300 refundable security deposit. Deposits are a hold only, and funds are automatically released after your stay if no damage or rule violations occur.
