I paid $100 per night for a non smoking room that smelt like smoke. They did let us change rooms after the first night but was inconvenient. As we were at desk trying to change rooms I heard front desk clerk quote rooms for $66 a night. Extremely disappointed.

The staff were wonderful and helpful. The issue was our room was incredibly dirty. There was grease and food on multiple surfaces (light switches, walls, the remote, etc.). Our sheets were dirty and did not seem to be clean. When we called the front desk they were kind and worked with us to fix the issue with the sheets.

For someone with chronic back pain, the bed absolutely killed me. I can barely move after just one night. The mattress was honestly just terrible. The room was very nice and clean, staff was courteous.

The condition of the property itself is quite appreciable. However on the night we stayed there was this unruly guest that was evidently arguing and talking on top of his voice throughout the night and that took a lot of sleep away from me. I almost called 911 to intervene. It was that bad!

Thanks for the message. The phone didn’t work in the room to dial 0. I tried multiple times because the tv has no signal. I went to the front desk and they said the service was out until tomorrow. Very disappointed after a 7 hour drive. I’m hoping maybe for a discount. So we have no tv or Wi-Fi. Also I had to clean up what looked liked sticky globs of red jelly substance on the floor by the bed and other places on the floor. Hair inside folded towels. Hardly any water pressure for shower. People smoking outside of their room next door and could smell it strong.

Traveling with packed car and the facility gave me a room number 236, in back, where I could not see my parked car and only had 4 parking spaces plus 3 handicap spaces. Yes, property has security cameras but not liable for theft. On top of that, my room (236) also had no dial tone to call front desk and cops were arresting a person at the hotel as soon as I got there. I only showered and slept for 3 hours before I left back on the road. Not recommended for traveling.
