Great location in Birmingham!

We stopped here on our way to Florida and really loved the comfortable beds and convenient location to restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Birmingham!

In short, these are the best VRBO owners I've ever worked with! Their customer service is second to none. I highly recommend you staying with them. This past weekend they went above and beyond in helping us address some unforeseen, weather related issues. If future plans ever have me in the Birmingham area again, I will definitely try first to stay at their place!

Weekend Wedding

Our daughter got married nearby and we needed a location to stay. Host allowed early entry and the location was perfect for our stay. It was clean and comfortable. Appreciated the fluffy towels and comfortable bed! Check in was so simple. Would stay again!

Perfect Place for a Quick Getaway

My husband and I traveled to town to meet our grand daughter for the first time. The hosts were so accommodating in allowing us to check in at 12n and giving us the option to have our daughter come visit. Their timely responses were much appreciated. The condo was very clean and welcoming, and the location was perfect! 5/5 stars and definitely recommend.

Communication is key

I’ve stayed at quite a few VRBO places over the years and sure there’s always things you can nitpick about but largely if there’s communication between the renter and owner things work out well. This is a good spot if you just need to relax or are in the area for a weekend getaway. We stayed for a weekend softball tournament and the condo was perfect for that! Located in a very nice quiet area and everything we could possibly expect was delivered.

The location is perfect, lots of stuff to do right around it. The neighborhood/townhomes are nice. Great value proposition given the fact that they have a washer and dryer and dishwasher. The bedrooms are nice, and the beds are comfortable. Not a big place but was perfect for my son and I during a week for a baseball tournament - 20 minutes away. Any issues we had, the owners addressed fairly quickly. We would stay here again if we were to do another tournament In the Birmingham area. Thanks!

Nicely furnished but some items need refurbishing, maintenance or replacement.

We loved the location and proximity to restaurants and businesses. Sadly the condo is rather dated, particularly in the kitchen where the cabinets and appliances appear to be from the 1970's. Light bulb missing in the light over the bathroom and the light over the kitchen sink should be replaced. The yard coming into the condo has weeds and is rutted and overgrown. The steps going up to the front door are most likely from the 70's as well. They look pretty bad and possibly a safety concern. The paint and drywall in the bathroom ceiling over the shower is flaking off. These are all relatively easy fixes that would make this a 5 star visit.
