"The rooms and other appointments at the hotel were outstanding. The only concern was the early check out, which was 10:00 am. That meant for us we paid for a whole day and didn’t get 24 hours. We did ask for a late check out because I have a work call at 10;00 am, but was denied. "

"My welcome was fantastic! Great communication ahead of my stay and on the day of my arrival, excellent directions and advise on parking. I parked on the street within 200 feet from the entrance, easy walk. My room was on the 3rd floor - i liked going up the stairs, liked the eclectic decor of the lobby, colors of the stairs, the bannisters. The hotel is spotless, my room was sparkling clean, bedding, pillows - so luxuriously comfortable - very good quality linens. The coffee/tea/refrigerator are community-style - served on each floor kitchen station with nice selection of teas and coffee. Hotel is very quiet, feels private and secure. Within walking distance from multiple amazing restaurants and bars. Will definitely stay again!!! my only tiny comment is that it was a bit on cold side of comfortable (i do like my room warm, but it's just a personal preference). Again - i was looking for a differen sort of hotel - not a chain and The Painted Lady DEFINITELY fit the brief! Would recommend!"
