Everything was great. Staff was great. I got the downstairs room as requested. But the two stars is for the carpet in room 103. I won’t go on, but that rug is way too worn and stained than should be allowed Bordering on dirty nauseating.
There was an issue of whether I had reserved two rooms. I had not. The girl who checked us and said she would take care of it, and it looks like it was. Not the hotel’s fault, but Expedia’s.
So, if I hadn’t had to look down, 5 stars around. Except Expedia.
