"We would recommend this property to others. Shawn was fantastic with communication, very responsive, and easy to work with. Shawn was a 10/10. We enjoyed our stay at his property it was just what we needed. We were able to bring our dogs with us, which was important to us. They were able to run and enjoy being with us. This was our first time in Wellsboro, and we came here last minute to celebrate our 33rd anniversary with our family and glad we did. I wish we would have done this sooner. We enjoyed Shawn's property and the surrounding beauty of Colton Point State Park, horseback riding (Triple D Farm), and the town of Wellsboro. Thank you, Shawn for making everything smooth and easy so we could enjoy our trip. :) Bonus points for the video of entering the property! I was glad you included it."
