"Really great spot with comfy, airy rooms and nice balcony seating. Did not use kayaks but was great amenity to have. Same with pool. Bathroom amenities could have been better and sink needed a drain plug or sieve. Communication about checkin was confusing."

"Lovely restored hotel. Staff was lovely, everything was spotlessly clean. The rooms are very, very small for the cost. The bathroom is so small the door won't open all the way. Also, as noted in a prior review, there is no sound deadening in this place. I was on the third floor and could hear the live band as if they were performing in my closet. Thankfully, they wrapped up by 10:30 pm so it didn't interrupt my sleep. But it did drown out the television."

"Baker Cabin was peaceful, clean and well run. Bobby and Walter made us feel welcome and comfortable and were there if we needed something. We had a great week fishing and relaxing. Would definitely recommend."
