"Staff can be so rude "

"Breakfast is served until 9 am. When we got there at 7:55, the scrambled eggs were nearing the end. When I asked staff for more, she said she wasn't making anymore. You had to place dirty dishes in a tub of dirty water, which splashed into my eye when I lowered the plate into the water. Very unsanitary "

"They would not let me check in although I reserved the room but because I had to use my chime credit card they wouldn’t let me pay for the room. I drove 3.5 hours to Cleveland just for them to not let me stay so I ended up going to another hotel that luckily was better and closer to where I needed to be. "

"The king room was large and comfortable, the property was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and efficient. The continental breakfast hit the spot. Easy access to the interstate, there are also lots of restaurants nearby."

"Disgusting!!!! Fell for the reviews and was highly disappointed. Our room had mud along all of the baseboards, to the point you could see the splatter of liquid everywhere. The bedding had stains all over it. The walls were filthy. The blinds were broken and on the floor. There were tums all over the floor. Absolutely disgusting, looks like they only make the bed between stays. We left immediately and found a different hotel. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!"
